Cancellations & Return Policy

• Hand-made Pieces: Due the artistic nature of my work and all pieces being one-of-a-kind, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please carefully review all photos, descriptions, and measurements. Reach out with any questions before purchasing.
• To start a return email me within 10 days of receipt, erin@thesightofthestars.com, with your order number, item being returned, and reason for return. If I determine the item is re-sellable and able to be returned, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Store credit will be issued. No refunds.
• Vintage: All sales final.

Cancellations 

• Orders may be cancelled by emailing erin@thesightofthestars.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
